My name is Ligia Kilinski-Herschel and I wish to share with you some of things that have helped me and a few other people improve their health. On this site you will find information about Rife Therapy, Colour Therapy and other methods to improve health and assist with illnesses.

My interest in alternative health remedies really only started when I was diagnosed with colon cancer. Although I started my treatment with conventional medical treatment, some inner instinct soon guided me to seek answers to my problem outside of the conventional medical "solutions" offered to treat cancer. This may not always be the solution for everyone, but it certainly has worked for me and, along the way, I have gained great satisfaction in learning many wonderful new things, especially concerning Rife and Colour Therapy.

I cannot promise any miraculous cures. However, I have managed to collect a lot of interesting, informative and sometimes shocking information on the curing of cancer. My focus is in the Alternative Health field and I wish to provide this information and advice to a wider audience, in the similar way that I have found information on the Internet that has helped me.

Of course, Rife Therapy, Bemer Therapy and Colour Therapy are, by no means, the only therapies available in the Alternative Health field. They are just the subjects that have interested me and that I feel able to discuss in detail combined with my practical experience of them.

In addition, I do not totally reject conventional medical treatments and the services offered by the conventional medical establishment. There is a place for this in any treatment protocol. That is why I prefer the label "Complementary" rather than "Alternative" for the description of health treatments outside of the conventional. I have eventually come to the conclusion that the conventional medical establishment do not have all of the solutions to our problems, although most of us have been subtly "brain-washed" to believe that they do.

Unfortunately, the field of alternative medicine has become like a wild jungle, full of unsubstantiated claims, junk science, and marketing hype. This is why so many people dimiss it as "quackery". But the basic premise remains and there is overwhelming evidence to support it. There is no disease, no illness, no physical imbalance which will not respond to the innate, healing power of nature, once it is summoned. Once it is set free. Healers of the past have already solved most health problems of today. Unfortunately, most of their work died with them. Their voices have been muted by the din of a thousand self-proclaimed experts and Magic Bullet salesmen.

Despite what you may hear, our health is deteriorating year by year. At least in the USA, statistics show that the rates of all degenerative diseases are increasing. There is more asthma, diabetes, cancer, heart disease, depression, arthritis, allergies, digestive disorders, and obesity than ever before in history. At the same time, more and more money is being spent each year for "Health Care". We have more doctors and more drugs than any civilization in history. If doctors and drugs are supposed to improve our health, then we'd all be healthier. But it's not working. That is why the field of alternative medicine is growing so fast - it is now a case of survival.

It is up to each of us to decide for ourselves to what extent do we rely on the various therapies and treatments available to attain the level of health that we desire. Every individual MUST take full responsibility for their own health. Do not just rely on other people, including your Doctor, to come up with all of the answers. Whatever healing route you choose, you must be fully committed to that solution and believe 100% in what you do.
